That means our primary role is finding ways we can operate that tie in with the work flow of property managers to save them time by being proactive and efficient so that it is a no brainer to onboard us as their trusted trade partner.

Below we outline nine of the most common frequently asked questions of property managers here on the Gold Coast;

How will work orders be delivered?

Work orders are emailed through to our Client Service team.

How quickly will you contact the tenant?

Tenants are contacted as soon as work orders are sent through by our Client Service team.

If you are unable to contact the tenant, what action will be taken?

Leave a message on the tenants phone as well as follow it up with an SMS. Then contact the PM and let them know we couldn't get hold of them. A task is set to follow up again and the process is repeated.

Will you provide photos before and after work is complete?

Our tradesman on site utilise an inhouse CRM to document before and after photos to show their work completed. These photos are then passed on to property managers.

What is the expected turn-around time?

Work orders are actioned straight away and completed within 48 hours, unless that doesn't work for the tenant.

If the repair is deemed an urgent repair, how promptly will it be addressed?

If the workorder is deemed Urgent or an Emergency and you are a Property Manager Partner with us here at Shark Plumbing we can prioritise it and move other jobs around to get it done straight away.

If a quote is necessary to complete work what response time is expected?

We have upfront flat fee pricing with no call out fees or hidden costs for most maintenance jobs, which are on our website.

If a quote is required it is produced immediately once inspected on site

What are your payment terms?

We allow 14 and 28 day turn around times on invoice fulfilment from our Property Manager Partners.

Upon completion of the job, when is an invoice expected and how will this be provided to the agency?

Invoices are produced immediately after works complete on site and sent through either Maintenance Manager Property Me or email with detailed scope of works and the photos.
